Patient Monitoring: Continuously evaluate patient condition, monitor vital signs, and interpret lab results, diagnostic imaging, and other data to guide treatment decisions, including ventilator management, ICP interpretation, IV sedation management, chest tube management and drain management. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment & Management: Perform comprehensive assessments of critically injured trauma patients, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed in collaboration with attending physicians.
