Founded in 1924 by the Sisters of Mercy, Misericordia University is located in Dallas, Pennsylvania, in the scenic Pocono Mountains region of Northeastern Pennsylvania, approximately two hours from both New York City and Philadelphia. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in both criminology and criminal justice, including courses such as Introduction to Criminology, Criminological Theory, and Quantitative Research Methods, as well as other courses that support the curriculum.
