In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the customer POCs, development project managers and O&M project managers along with various contributing members of the development organization, advising and engaging the client on key operational and strategic priorities, tracking, and supporting completion of high-quality deliverables, and assisting with team management tasks. Serve as a key point of contact between end users, government stakeholders, Product Owners, and project and technical teams, ensuring that user needs, project priorities, delivery considerations, and outcomes are clearly communicated and addressed.
