Prepare, oversee, and/or and file reports with the Illinois State Board of Education including, but not limited to: quarterly expenditure reports for grants, state budget, IDEA Excess Costs, District Financial Report, Transportation Claim, EBF Spending Plan, Site-Based Expenditure Reporting, EIS salary/benefit reporting, Annual Statement of Affairs, Teacher Salary Study, Non-Certified Salary Study, Limitation of Administrative Costs, and other financial reporting requirements as appropriate. The primary functions of the Director of Finance and Operations are to (a) oversee and direct all aspects of the financial accounting for the district, (b) oversee payroll operations, (c) ensure completion of all local, state, federal, and agency financial reporting, (d) oversee and direct food service operations, and (e) assist in the oversight of building operations.
