Working knowledge of operations, services and activities of building maintenance, repair and construction programs., including materials, methods, terminology and tools used in building structures and systems used in performing finished carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical and painting projects. Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and/or Computerized Automated Design (CAD)/Electrical CAD software, Parts & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) software and Inventor at an Intermediate to advance level.
