Oversee interactions at the service desk including opening and closing procedures, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, guest registration and fees, check in guests/members for all scheduled appointments, accept member feedback, accept and return lost/found items, guest/member check in, and the provision of information pertaining to all scheduled events, programming, and classes including sign up and fees if applicable. Promote and sell ancillary services such as personal training, massage therapy, medically integrated programming and nutrition services.
