The Pregnant Women with Dependent Children (PWDC) Program supports pregnant and parenting women experiencing substance use disorders by providing treatment services, parenting support, and coordinated care designed to promote recovery, family stability, and healthy child development. The Home Visitor collaborates with Family Case Managers (FCMs), Family Advocacy Centers (FACs), crisis nurseries, and other community providers when appropriate to ensure families receive the support and services needed to maintain safety and stability.
p>The HR Clerical Support works closely as a member of the HR team to provide day-to-day support by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employment processing, off boarding, open enrollment, training and development, records maintenance and management, safety and health, and other related tasks to ensure alignment to the Friend Health - HRDI mission and services. (The unavoidable, externally imposed conditions under which the work must be performed, and which create hardship for the incumbent including the frequency and duration of occurrence of physical demands, environmental conditions, demands on one’s senses, and mental demands.)
