In addition to providing clinical interpretation of diagnostic assays, the Molecular Pathologist will oversee the development, validation, implementation, and quality management of molecular diagnostic testing, including next-generation sequencing (NGS)–based exome, genome, and targeted panel assays, as well as emerging molecular and genomic technologies. The Molecular Pathologist will work within an integrated molecular diagnostics and genomics program supporting the Biobank and Molecular Analysis Program (BMAP) and the Nemours Genomics Laboratory.
