Working knowledge of construction accounting and project cost processes, including job costing, cost codes and cost types, committed cost, change orders, billing, subcontract compliance, work in progress, and payroll as applied within an ERP. Site exposure may include dust and airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, drilling and ground improvement operations, vibration, and potentially impacted soils, groundwater, or other media requiring personal protective equipment up to and including respiratory protection.
