Responsibilities include: • Assess speech language articulation voice fluency and swallowing skills • Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations • Develop implement and evaluate individualized treatment plans • Provide skilled evidence-based speech-language therapy services • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes • Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members • Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home • Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports • Coordinate care and communicate pertinent clinical information across care teams • Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment • Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC-SLP preferred if applicable • Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills • Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment.
