The SLP evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions to address communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive-linguistic impairments resulting from injury, illness, or disability. Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
