In the case of a person who practices in a state that doesn't license SLPs, they must have: o Successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or be in the process of accumulating supervised clinical experience); o Performed at least 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree in SLP or a related field; and. • Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per Speech and Language Pathologist in the Board State Practice Act and governmental and third party payer requirements.
