Coordinates participant recruitment and research data collection; implements approved recruitment procedures; identifies, contacts, screens, schedules, and follows up with eligible participants and stakeholders; coordinates informed-consent procedures as delegated; and administers approved study instruments, including Best-Worst Scaling and Discrete Choice Experiment activities, following required training and study procedures. Coordinates study implementation and multisite activities; maintains study work plans, recruitment and data-collection trackers, meeting schedules, action logs, and study documentation; coordinates activities with investigators, collaborating sites, research assistants, and other study personnel; monitors assigned milestones; and communicates operational issues to the Study Manager.
