[Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training, First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)].11.    Strength and agility to assist children with special needs and ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.12.    Ability to work in a variety of settings, including classroom, school buildings, office environments and homes.13.    Ability to kneel, crouch and sit in child-sized chairs or on the floor for extended periods of time while working with children.14.    Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a vehicle or work setting.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThis is not necessarily an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, and duties associated with this position. The supervisor of this position may modify this list at any time it’s deemed necessary.1.       Conduct speech, language and hearing screenings utilizing screening protocols specified by the supervising SLP.2.       Provide direct treatment assistance to identified students following written treatment plans or protocols developed by the supervising SLP.3.       Document student progress toward meeting established objectives stated in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) .
