The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Nurse Manager or designee and provides direct supervision to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse aides, nursing service clerks, monitor technicians, and other assigned personnel. Performance in this role is evaluated using objective and measurable criteria, including the development, competency, and performance of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other personnel assigned to the unit(s) under the Clinical Nurse Manager’s supervision.
