Serves as an active member of the Section of Palliative Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, with an academic appointment in the Department of Medicine, participating in the education of Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellows and rotating learners, and collaborating with Palliative Medicine team members in the care of mutual patients. The Nurse Practitioner (APRN) is a registered professional nurse with advanced graduate education and clinical training who supports comprehensive home-based care services with a focus on end-of-life care, including palliative care and hospice, in compliance with the state nurse practice act.
