Skills and Abilities: In‑depth understanding of hospital receivables, billing workflows, collections processes, and follow‑up techniques across multiple payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Self‑Pay, and Auto. Under the direction of the Director or Manager, Patient Accounts, performs functions involved in the billing and collection of hospital receivables, customer service duties, the processing and reconciliation of various charge-entry, edit and error reports.
