The Administrator coordinates the organization's quality management and patient safety initiatives, including performance improvement activities, adverse event and incident review, root cause analysis, risk identification and mitigation, patient safety reporting, and monitoring of clinical quality measures. Working under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer and Risk Manager, this position supports the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs that promote safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while reducing organizational and clinical risk.
