What you'll bring to the role: > In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment> Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities> Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes> Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity> Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team> Ability to working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment> Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work, attention to detail and accuracy is essential> Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)> Familiarity with CCAR / stress testing topics, a plus but not required> At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
