Working under the direction of the Patient Care Supervisor, the PCR serves as the primary point of contact for transport requests from contracted medical facilities, private patients, and insurance providers — ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care. Maintain courteous, professional, and cooperative relationships with management, staff, physicians, patients, family members, guarantors, third-party representatives, and the general public.
