25-$27 per hour Seattle, WA Contract **Duration: 03 Months** **Job Description:** + Start date: ASAP + Aligning with 7/6 or 7/22 for NEO Epic training(s) + Timeline between offer and hire may be between 2-4 weeks + Shift: 5x8 08:00-16:30 M-F, no holidays + 13 Weeks, willing to extend longer as needed after evaluating staff coverage + Answering and screening, triage all telephone calls within the departmental communication system, utilize departmental paging system and contact on-call personnel and Radiologist as needed + Respond to patient questions; provide directions to different clinics, units, modalities, parking, eating facilities. + Using EPIC, Schedule and reschedule a variety of Radiology exams following approved protocol for each exam + Utilize financial clearance matrix when scheduling outpatient procedures + Communicate various types of information to patients, referral agencies, departments, physicians, and the community, such as registration policies, insurance coverage, billing procedures, radiology scheduling, and instructions on preparation for various radiology procedures.
