The Payroll Specialist will oversee multiple payroll cycles, ensure proper auditing and controls, guide payroll-related procedures for onboarding and offboarding, and serve as the primary liaison between the onsite team, Finance, and HR at HQ.This role requires a high level of ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise processes while collaborating effectively across departments. This on-site position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll operations while maintaining organized and compliant employee documentation.
