The FLEX Senior Manager, Payroll Operations will partner with payroll, HR, payroll accounting, benefits, timekeeping, finance, technology, implementation partners, continents, disciplines, and other cross-functional stakeholders to confirm remaining impacts, support validation activities, coordinate testing and cutover readiness, track decisions and dependencies, and ensure Payroll Operations deliverables, risks, issues, and open actions are actively managed. The role is accountable for keeping Payroll Operations activities organized, moving, documented, socialized, and aligned across project teams, while leveraging payroll SMEs, Oracle-knowledgeable resources, technology partners, and implementation teams for detailed design and configuration expertise.
