The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Paylocity as their primary payroll platform and possess a strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, employee records management, and payroll reporting.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees and leadership with payroll-related needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule using Paylocity </li><li>Maintain and audit employee payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations </li><li>Manage payroll imports, exports, reporting, and system maintenance within Paylocity </li><li>Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner </li><li>Administer timekeeping, PTO tracking, and attendance data integration </li><li>Coordinate payroll processing for new hires, terminations, bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions </li><li>Prepare payroll reports for finance, HR, and leadership teams </li><li>Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and audits </li><li>Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate employee and compensation data </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information</li></ul>
