div style="text-align:justify">The Medical Assistant (MA) supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by helping ensure that patients are served in a manner that enhances their dignity and welfare and that clinic resources are used efficiently and in accordance with People's Community Clinic policies and risk management protocols.
This position works as a member of a care team to coordinate patient care and support patients and families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, work processes, and patient care, and work cooperatively to implement these and other quality improvements.
