The successful candidate will be a recognized leader in pediatric cardiology and will be responsible for the supervision and development of clinical services, education, and research activities for members of the Division, both within the Department of Pediatrics and other relevant areas of the Stanford School of Medicine, the Stanford Health Care system including Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford (LPCHS), and its partner sites. In addition to faculty in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology, the Moore Children's Heart Center has over 250 dedicated faculty and staff members including 10 pediatric cardiothoracic surgeons, 11 pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists, three radiologists specializing in advanced cardiac imaging, and 200 dedicated cardiovascular nurses and advanced practice providers.
