Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Essential Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct comprehensive age-appropriate health assessments, including obtaining medical, developmental, behavioral, psychosocial, and family health histories; performing physical examinations; and evaluating laboratory and diagnostic findings to identify actual or potential health concerns. Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, schools, community resources, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care, coordinate services, and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
