Our system includes four acute care hospitals-Lee Memorial Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, and Cape Coral Hospital-plus Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, over 100 physician practice locations, and expanding Home Health and Skilled Nursing services. In this role you will be responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention.
