This role may be responsible for some duties as an Orthopedic scribe, responsibilities include: Navigating efficiently through Modernizing Medicine (EHR), obtaining any pertinent information from the provider and properly documenting this information into the chart, providing physical exam and HPI information to the provider from patient's previous visit (as needed), electronically prescribing medications, and ordering any necessary diagnostic tests, physical therapy, and/or any other conservative treatment plans requested by the provider.
