Assists with scheduling health & wellness services (including, but not limited to well-child visits, immunizations, annual physicals/screenings, dental examinations and cleanings, vision exams, behavioral health, etc.). The Pediatric Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating care to achieve the best possible health outcomes for children ages newborn to 18 years.
