The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Uses highly skilled techniques to assist in clinical decision making, with guidance from senior Sonographers while working towards obtaining sound knowledge of cardiology, cardiovascular hemodynamics, doppler physics/instrumentation, cardiac and vascular ultrasound technologies.
The Interventional Radiology Clinical Ladder is a system-wide clinical advancement program to enhance professional development, provide a reward system for quality clinical performance, promote quality imaging care, and improve job satisfaction for interventional radiologic technologists. Must be Nationally certified as defined by location where services will be provided: MD: Registered Radiography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
The Registered Nurse accepts accountability, applies competent clinical knowledge skills, and uses independent nursing judgment for care provided by self and by health care providers to whom care is delegated to achieve quality patient care outcomes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Assuring that all medications given on site by nurse or provider have the proper lot number and expiration date entered into EHR, and patient is given written instructions/patient education explaining any medications given per the provider in clinic.
