What you will Do: Assesses and evaluates the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, social and education needs and documents patient/family responses to nursing interventions while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve desired patient care outcomes. The highly engaged and supportive team works closely with a multidisciplinary group of pediatricians, family medicine providers, residents, respiratory therapists, and social workers to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
