Our company prioritizes provider autonomy, quality care, and providing a calm, considerate environment to patients. Pediatric Primary Health Care Physicians are often the first point of contact for children within the healthcare system, and are responsible for providing preventative services, as well as diagnosis and management of common pediatric health issues.  This involves the ordering of labs, prescribing of medication, performance of minor procedures,  and referral to specialty providers where appropriate. Within the clinic, they must provide oversight and direction to medical assistants and nurses assisting them. This position also requires medical directorship of the practice, as well as potential prescribing supervision of advanced practice nurse practitioners. Fulfillment of call services for the local hospital, notably of perinatal/postnatal neonates is also required. Triad Pediatrics will provide total managerial support of the practice, and takes a proactive approach to support providers, so you can focus on doing what you love best – providing care for pediatric patients.
