This position works closely with the Residential Director and serves as a leader and role model for Direct Support Professionals, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and meaningful community engagement for all participants. The Assistant Residence Director plays a key leadership role within the residence, providing hands-on support to individuals while assisting with staff supervision, scheduling, and program operations.
