Responsibilities: Direct Nursing Care: Provide clinical nursing care to address patients' health needs, conforming to established BHCHP policies and procedures, and Department of Public Health regulations; provide all nursing related activities in association with primary care clinical operations at BHCHP primary clinic settings including nursing case management activities, immunizations, injectable medication administration, point of care testing, phlebotomy, and health screenings; provide triage and nursing assessment of walk-in and scheduled patients.
