This position provides project management expertise for organizational efforts related to ANCC Magnet designation, The Joint Commission Health Care Equity Certification, policy and procedure management, and American Heart Association (AHA) quality programs. The Project Manager collaborates with nursing leadership, clinical and operational leaders, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, regulatory readiness, and achievement of organizational quality goals.
