The Holding Area serves as a critical hub for pre-procedure preparation, post-procedure recovery, and Phase I/II PACU-level care for patients with various cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and heart failure. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, procedural support, hemodynamic monitoring, moderate-sedation recovery, and management of acute and non-acute clinical situations in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment committed to exceptional patient outcomes.
