Founded in 2019, our system brings together academic medical centers and teaching hospitals, community and specialty hospitals, primary and specialty care, behavioral health and home care services, and more than 5,900 physicians and 36,000 employees to care for more than 1.7 million patients in communities across Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This dual role staff position will have an impact on quality of care and patient satisfaction by providing for their physical and emotional needs and on patient and family member satisfaction by fielding requests and information to the patient care team and family members, providing the administrative support to ensure expedient patient throughput and acting as a central resource of the patient medical record.
