The Certified Surgical Tech III is an employee with greater than 1 years’ experience and an employee who is proficient in the following surgical specialties: General Surgery, Urology, Eyes (cataracts), GYN, and Hand specialty in addition to, demonstrates proficiency and skill in basic spine procedures (Laminectomies), Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Total Joints: Including, complicated spinal fusion surgery (including 360 fusions), and Complicated Orthopedics Sports Medicine, Total Joints, and Joint Revisions: Complicated ACL replacement and Rotator Cuff Repairs, Revision Knee, Revision Hip, and Revision Shoulder Surgeries, as well as Total Ankle Replacements and Total Femur Replacements and Hearts. Experience and Mastery, in scrubbing minor and major procedures in the generalized surgical specialties, (General, Urology, Eye (cataracts), Gynecology, and Hand Specialty, in addition to, demonstrates proficiency and skill in basic spine procedures (Laminectomies), Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Total Joints, Complicated spinal fusion surgery (including 360), and Complicated Orthopedics: Sports Medicine and Total Joints, and Joint Revisions.
