Improves Public Health through prevention, education, quality assurance and the provision of services in the areas of immunization, assessment and developmental screening, referral and follow up, family planning, communicable disease investigation and control, communicable disease testing, counseling and follow up, pregnancy screening and prenatal education, general health education and referral. Loan repayment is available to Registered Nurses (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) working in a public or private eligible Critical Shortage Facility (CSF) OR Nurse Faculty employed at an eligible school of nursing.
