Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned, including supervision, development of learning objectives, and completion of student evaluations. Complete thorough and timely medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
