Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with providers and teams that include CNA-s, MA-s, Respiratory Techs, HUC, Monitor Tech, Pharmacy and Lab, along with other departments, i.e., ED/UC, OR, PACU, SPU/Endo, IR, etc. Assesses the needs of designated patients requiring hospitalization; initiates nursing admission database and discharge planning in collaboration with inpatient staff and physician.
