The purpose of this position is to operate and maintains the HVAC and mechanical equipment such as: computer controlled energy management systems, air compressors, diesel powered emergency generators, electrical motors, hot water boilers, and steam boilers to provide for utilities supplying heat, light, power, gas and domestic water for St. Ann's Community. Maintains the condition of and ensures the availability of tools, equipment, parts, and materials necessary for repairs, preventive maintenance, and to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the power plant equipment.
