Provide direct nursing care to an adult and geriatric patient population on a telemetry unit, managing diagnoses including CHF, MI/chest pain (pre- and post-cath), dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), hypo-/hypertension, pleural effusion, sepsis, and PE/DVT/vascular conditions. Adhere to holiday work expectations: if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work those holidays; if three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of them.
