Performs initial client assessment, as required by State regulations, and consults with physicians, other staff, client/family, and other caregivers to formulate a plan of care and coordinate delivery of services to ensure high-quality client care. The Per Diem RN provides direct client care services and supervision utilizing the nursing process and clinical knowledge to ensure high-quality client care and provides leadership and oversight to all clinical roles within the location.
