Sitting between in-house construction delivery and the Facilities Development PMO, this role directs prioritizing work, allocating crew and equipment resources, making build-in-house versus subcontract decisions, and holding budgets and deliverables accountable across concurrent projects. This is a working-manager seat carrying direct project management responsibility alongside team leadership, while providing construction-phase support and mentorship to PMO project managers across other sites.
