Perform embryology laboratory quality-control and readiness checks, including assigned environmental, equipment, incubator, gas, alarm, cryostorage, temperature, and supply checks; document results and immediately escalate out-of-range or unexpected conditions. Perform accurate completion of laboratory worksheets, quality-control logs, progress notes, and EMR entries, including documentation of communications, specimen receipt or shipment, and assigned procedural milestones.
