Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist, Per Diem Atlantic Medical Imaging LLCNuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist, Per DiemVineland, NJThe Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist is responsible for, but not limited to: Operates all imaging, survey, assay and computational image developing and patient-care related equipment in the office; Adheres to HIPAA policies and respects and protects patient privacy at all times; Performs all static, dynamic and invitro scans required on referred patients; Performs and documents all required radiation-related surveys per office policies as developed in conjunction with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, NJ Bureau of Radiation Health and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations; Administers required radiopharmaceuticals to patients, either by injection or orally and is capable of inserting IV catheters; Assists patients on & off table.
