The Director, Restricted Giving Program serves as the enterprise lead for restricted giving strategy and execution, driving the integration of philanthropic investments across the organization’s campaign priorities. As a key strategic partner across Development, Finance, Sport, and NGB stakeholders, this role leads the gift intention process from structuring through execution, chairs the CORE cross-functional team to ensure alignment and delivery, and strengthens the organization’s ability to deploy philanthropic capital with clarity, compliance, and impact.
