Responsibilities include the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that allow effective return to community activities. The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction.
